300 Kick/drill/swim by 25 (IMO)

200 75 free/25stroke

 

Main set

1500 broken

2 times:

3x100 free @1:30

3x75 pull (breathing every 5)

3x50 free @:45

3x25 stroke

 

Warm down

200 easy
