Warm up: 
 - 8X100 @ :20 rest - 2 swim, 2 pull, 2 kick, 2 drill
 - 2X
     - 4X50 @ 1:10
        - 1 kick
        - 1 kick, drill
        - 1 drill
        - 1 drill, swim
     - 4X25 @ :35
        - 1 underwater
        - 1 FAST
        - 1 no breath
        - 1 easy

Main Set:
 - 12X50 - descend 1-4, 5-8, 9-12
     - 4 @ :50/:55/1:00
     - 4 @ :45/:50/:55
     - 4 @ :40/:45/:50

Fun Set: 
 - Corkscrew relay
 - Feet first relay
