50 least number of breaths/fast by 25

10 sec rest

50 fast easy

 

12x50 2 easy, 2 fast @ 1:00

6x75 easy/fast by 75 @ 1:40

3x100 1 easy, 2 fast @ 2:30

 

1x200 warm  down
