9x50 free/IM @ 1:00 (4-6 drill)

2x200 50 Right arm/50left arm/25build/25fast/50kick

 

4x50 25 half scull,half kick/25 sprint with zommers

1x400 easy pull 3/5/3/7

 

3x(3x25 fast kick @:40, 1x50 fast swim @ 1:30)

6x50 desc. 1-3 @ :55

 

200 easy
