Warm Up: 
 - 300 swim
 - 4X75 kick, drill, swim @ 1:30
 - 4X50 scull, swim @ 1:00 
 - 4X25 easy, fast @ :30

Main Set:
 - 2X75 IM (fly, back, breast) @ 1:20/1:40
 - 6X50 @ :45/:55
 - 4X25 easy @ :40
 - 2X75 build by 25 free @ 1:20/1:40
 - 4X50 stroke @ :50/1:00
 - 4X25 easy @ :40
 - 2X75 IM (fly, back, breast) @ 1:20/1:40
 - 2X50 ALL OUT! @ 1:10
 - 4X25 easy @ :40
 - 1X50 FASTT from the blocks!

Warm Down:
 - 100 easy
