Warm Up
- 300 swim
- 200 pull
- 4X75 kick, drill, swim
- 4X50 build
- 8X25 - odds - underwater, evens - fast

Main Set
- 3x200- 50 build, 100 @ 90% effort, 50 easy @ 4:00
- 2x50 choice drill, swim @ 1:00
- 3x150 - 25 build, 75 fast free, 50 easy @ 3:00
- 2x50 choice drill, swim @ 1:00
- 3x100 - 25 build, 50 fast stroke, 25 easy @ 2:00
- 2x50 choice drill, swim @ 1:00
- 2x50 FAST choice off blocks
